Lauer Built Acorn Home Featured in Prefabulous Book

These are the words inscribed in the personal copy of Prefabulous: The House of Your Dreams, given to John Lauer as a token of appreciation for the outstanding job and excellent craftsmanship the Lauer Construction home building team applied to the Acorn model home.

The words of gratitude mean a lot coming from Douglas Govan, Architect, and Patrick Gilrane, Chairman of Empryrean, seasoned professional home designers with critical eyes and high expectations for quality and craftsmanship!

Located outside of Annapolis overlooking Maneres Creek, the home was built to Energy Star Certification standards. Building features include the latest in glass technology, smart house systems, and maintenance-free materials.
