Lauer Construction Showcases "Green" Building Trends at the Annapolis Home and Remodeling Expo

Scott Schorr, Steve Schorr and Steven Kiley greeted visitors at the Lauer booth during the recent Annapolis Home and Remodeling Expo. They discussed Lauer's approach to home building projects and answered questions about renovations, custom home building and "green" building trends. The Lauer booth included a pictorial portfolio of recent home building projects showing why Lauer has earned an outstanding reputation and 40 years of accolades from their customers.

Katherine Dashiell, a local kitchen and bath designer with Reico Kitchen and Bath, spoke with prospective customers at the booth about her creative approach to designing kitchens and baths for Lauer design-build projects.

Visitors to the Lauer booth were also able to glean insights about environmental-friendly building practices from Scott and Katherine as they spoke about current trends to recycle and incorporate sustainable products in home design. Both Scott and Katherine are accredited LEED-Green Associates (Green Building and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Green Associates). They offered advice about green design, construction and sustainability considerations for renovations and new homes.
